Small Businesses and Multi-Unit Dwellings can receive a rebate of up to $2,000 on Level 2 chargers, which will cover approximately 30% of the cost to purchase and install an EV charging port.

The Governmental/Non-Profit Level 2 rebates of $3,000 will cover approximately 45% of the cost to purchase and install an EV charging port.

Large Commercial + Industrial customers can get a DCFC charger rebate of $20,000 to $35,000, based on the equipment charging speed.

Residential customers can receive a rebate of $500 per port on the purchase and installation of Level 2 EV chargers. This rebate will cover about 50 percent of the cost of the EV charger purchase and installation.

Income-qualified residential customers can receive a rebate of up to $1,300 per port on the purchase and installation of Level 2 vehicle chargers. This will cover about 100 percent of the cost for purchase and installation.

We understand the impact cost increases have on our customers, and we want to help by sharing energy efficiency tips, billing assistance options and additional information to help our communities use less energy through conservation and energy efficiency projects.

1. Go to www.blackhillsenergy.com and login to your Black Hills Energy account.

2. Click on usage.

• Power down electronics. The best thing you can do to reduce your electronics energy use is it to turn off equipment when you're not using them.
• Use power-saving mode. Activate power-saving features on your computers and office equipment so they'll shut down when you're not using them.
• Turn off standby mode, or use products that have low standby power use.
• Use power strips. For multiple devices, use power strips, and turn off power strip when not in use.
• Use Energy Star

• Adjust the thermostat. Turn it to 65-68 degrees in the winter, and 76-78 degrees in the summer.
• Turn on ceiling fans to assist with circulating air. During the winter use the clockwise rotation.
