South Dakota air show wins award
accepting awards

We were proud to support the 2022 Ellsworth Air Force Base Air & Space Show last May. The two-day event brought more than 60,000 people to the area!

The planning, funding and execution of this large event required the partnership of the Black Hills community, volunteers and businesses, including Black Hills Energy.

Recently the 2022 Ellsworth Air & Space Show was awarded the Dick Schram Memorial Community Relations Award, which is given to the military base that sets new standards of excellence by partnering with the community to host an air show event. Ellsworth Air Force Base leadership presented the award to the Community Air Show Committee.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Follow us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedInTwitter, YouTube, and Pinterest for more!
