Helping neighbors in need in Arkansas
man sorting food at food bank

When members of our team in Harrison, Arkansas, learned their local food bank needed help, they didn’t hesitate to step up.

For the past month, two to four Black Hills Energy volunteers have spent Friday mornings volunteering at Loaves and Fishes Food Bank of the Ozarks in Berryville, Arkansas. While there, our team is busy helping restock shelves and freezers full of meat and frozen fruit, fresh vegetable, sweets, breads and toiletries for their neighbors in need.

On average, the food bank in Berryville serves around 440 households per month.

Great job guys!
