Cleanup on Highway 323 in South Dakota
cleanup

A few employees from the supply chain department in Rapid City, South Dakota, took to the beautiful Black Hills for an Adopt-A-Highway road cleanup recently.

The South Dakota team partners with the Pennington County, South Dakota, Highway Department twice a year to get out and pick up trash along a portion of the Old Hill City Road. Our team hiked and gathered garbage for two miles along the road, which travels through our service territory in Hill City.

They safely collected three bags of trash for disposal and even met some furry friends along the way! The gorgeous October weather and landscape provided our volunteers with a wonderful setting for a great wellness and team-building opportunity, while also helping the communities we serve.

Nice job everyone!
