When RAGBRAI makes a stop in your town, it’s a party | Iowa
ragbrai

RAGBRAI, Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is more than just a bike ride. It’s an epic seven-day bicycling adventure that tests endurance, showcases community and builds lasting friendships. The longest, largest and oldest bicycle touring event in the world stopped in the Black Hills Energy community of Anamosa, Iowa, this year.

It’s always exciting when RAGBRAI selects your Iowa hometown because it means good food, great music and new friends. It’s also a chance for our team members to help out. Community technician Daryl; service technician Marv and utility construction planner, Brian, were excited to hand out water in partnership with the Anamosa Chamber of Commerce.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
