Spreading the love in Colorado
donation

Jasmine, an Operations Support Specialist for the Colorado Palmer Lake and Woodland Park communities, saw a way to help those in need with some simple jars of peanut butter and jelly, and decided to gather donations from our Black Hills Energy employees.

The team donated 206 jars during the PB&J drive for the Care and Share Food Bank in Colorado. In addition, a Black Hills Energy donation of $250 toward the drive brought in 200 more jars of peanut butter. The total donations weighed 344 pounds and will provide 806 meals to those in need. Thank you Jasmine and the Colorado team for making a difference!

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
