Leader of Leaders in Casper
leaders

Michael Howe, Community Affairs Manager, Wyoming

Lori Neibauer, Gas Operations Supervisor, recently graduated from the Leadership Casper program (in partnership with the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce). This year long program offered a number of great opportunities for Lori to become even more engaged with the community and to build upon her already quality leadership skills.

Unfortunately, COVID delayed the original graduation celebration, but one was finally held in August.  Supporting and celebrating with Lori were Jonathan Boudreaux, Area Gas Operations Manager, and Michael Howe, Community Affairs Manager.

Not only did Lori graduate, but she was recognized as a leader among leaders by being elected to serve as a "Leader" of the next Leadership Casper program.

Congratulations, Lori!

The Leadership Casper program provides monthly in-depth studies of specific topics as they relate to the community. These sessions include site visits, tours and interactive programs that provide participants with a better understanding of community issues with a greater respect for resources and services provided in the Casper community. Team building exercises and personality assessments round out the program. The program provides participants with both educational and participatory experiences with opportunities to meet community leaders and network with a wide array of people and is open to emerging and established leaders who wish to increase their leadership skills, knowledge, and participation in their community.

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
