Going virtual with local governments in Wyoming
We’re proud to share our energy with the communities we serve through charitable giving, outreach and employee volunteerism. The Wyoming County Commissioners moved its Winter 2020 meeting to a virtual format, and we were there to sponsor the event.
The agenda included presentations by Wyoming's federal delegation, state legislators, the governor, and more. We’re grateful for our dedicated public servants who give their time and talent to our great state.

Our Operations team in Papllion, Nebraska, recently led safety training for the Papillion-LaVista fire department, providing an opportunity to review damage prevention practices and discuss shut-off procedures as well as share information about the Black Hills Energy system at large.

The Ozark Area Youth Organization Complex got a facelift thanks to Black Hills Energy’s Ozark division team. Over 20 team members stepped up to the plate and volunteered more than 110 hours during the United Way of Fort Smith Area’s 2022 Day of Caring.

Our Harrison, Arkansas team did some spring cleaning in their community recently, collecting about 10 bags of trash and debris from along West Commercial Street in Harrison.
