Black Hills Energy worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters to host an event called Big for a Day, and event that showed young people what we do at Black Hills Energy. Kids had the opportunity to observe the fusing of a pipe, an explosion chamber in action and got to sit in excavators. It was a win-win!
Black Hills Energy was able to show a new generation the fun things about working in the gas business while Big Brothers Big Sisters was able to share how the importance of mentorship can leave a lifelong impact.
