Softball players and fans at the Gary Hampton Softball Complex in Fayetteville, Arkansas, will have some shelter from the sun thanks to Black Hills Energy and the Arbor Day Foundation.
In connection with Earth Day and Arbor Day, our Arkansas team members selected the City of Fayetteville Parks & Recreation Department to receive the Black Hills Corp. Foundation’s 20th anniversary tree contribution.
The Arbor Day Foundation supplied six 15-gallon trees, including willow oak, bald cypress, red oak and black gum trees. The trees were planted at the local softball complex.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen!
